Open the HAVS calculator: https://complyonsite.com/tools/havs-calculator
Enter the tools used by one worker, each vibration figure and the time used. Search the available makes and models if you need a maker-declared figure. The calculator combines the day’s exposure and compares it with the 100-point action value and 400-point limit value.
Check that the figure is suitable for the tool, accessory and work being done. Maker-declared figures may differ from real use. Use Share or download the result when you need to keep it; anyone with a shared calculation link can see the values it contains.
This is an estimate to support an exposure assessment. It is not a measurement, risk assessment or compliance certificate. HSE and tool makers have not reviewed or endorsed the calculator.
